Adjusting Toe-In-Non-Driving Front Axle

1. Remove cap screws and nuts (A) from tie rod tube and loosen clamp (B).

2. Rotate tube to lengthen or shorten tie rod. Adjust toe-in within specifications.

Specification

Toe-in -Distance 3-7 mm (1/8-1/4 in.)

3. Install hardware and tighten nuts to specifications.

4. Tighten clamp to specifications.

Specification

Tie-Rod Nuts -Torque 60 N·m (45 lb-ft)
Clamp (B) -Torque 68 N·m (50 lb-ft)
