Using Rear Wheel Weights
CAUTION:
When installing weights, use appropriate equipment or have the job performed by your John Deere dealer.
Weights (A) of 75 kg (165 lb) or 210 kg (465 lb) can be installed on inside or outside of wheel. Wheel weights should not be installed on outside of inner wheel when the tractor is equipped with duals, since the combination prevents retightening of the sleeve bolts. Adjusting ballast is easier if some of the ballast is attached to the outside of the outer (dual) wheel. Ten bolt steel wheels require use of 75 kg (165 lb) weight as a starter weight.
NOTE:
When using 762 mm (30 in.) tread setting, only one 210 kg (465 lb) weight can be installed on inside of wheel.
Install weights on wheel.
