Using Hitch Manual Lowering Feature

causym CAUTION: Avoid possible injury. Perform manual lowering from cab. Make sure hitch control lever is pushed all the way forward.

Hitch manual lowering is possible when hydraulic pressure and/or electrical power is not available.

Remove cap (A) at top of hitch valve. Perform manual lowering from cab, using a small punch to push in manual lowering plunger (B). Rate of drop is controlled by amount of force applied to plunger.

Make sure hitch control lever is pushed all the way forward to "lower" position.
