Replacing Headlight Element

NOTE: Headlights are mounted in front of hood grille on weight bracket, hood guard or front hitch, if equipped.

1. Remove screws (A) and pull out light assembly.

2. Disconnect wiring harness plug (A).

3. Remove dust boot (B).

4. Unlatch retaining spring (C) and remove light element (D).

5. Install new element in reverse order of removal.

6. Adjust driving lights, if necessary. (See ADJUSTING HEADLIGHTS AND FRONT GRILLE WORK LIGHTS in this section.)
