Adjustment of Pressure Limit at Selective Control Valves

NOTE: All SCV's are factory adjusted to 20000 kPa (200 bar; 2900 psi).

If selective control valve in lock function switches off too early (control lever goes to neutral too early), or if it switches off too late or not at all (lever moves to neutral too late or not at all), proceed as follows:

1. Disconnect hydraulic hoses at the couplers.

2. Rotate knob to detent position (A) and move flow control valve (B) to the mid-position.

3. Take out plug and insert screwdriver.

4. Start the engine and turn screw clockwise as far as it will go.

5. Move SCV control lever to the raise or lower position (the control lever remains in the raise or lower position).

6. Turn screw counterclockwise until control lever moves to neutral.

7. Turn screw an additional half a turn counterclockwise.

NOTE: One full turn changes the pressure approximately 4600 kPa (46 bar; 670 psi).

8. Remove screwdriver and re-install plug.
