Multi-Function Lever (Electrical)
IMPORTANT:
Make sure that value 000 is keyed in at address SIC041 before operating front loader. See "Customization" in the "Diagnostic Trouble Codes" section.
Multi-Function lever (A) permits two SCVs to be operated at the same time. By means of rocker switch (C) an additional selective control valve can be operated (3rd function).
Switch (B) locks the lever.
Switches (E) and (F) enable additional functions to be carried out.
Interlock switch actuator (D) prevents accidental actuation of the multi-function lever. The lever can operate only when the actuator is open (the operator's hand must hold it open). If loader fails to operate after hand is placed in actuator, the lever may not have been in the neutral position when actuator switch was opened. Move the lever back to the neutral position to activate system.
If the lever is held in the neutral position for longer than 10 minutes, hydraulic functions are locked out. To overcome this lock-out, take your hand out of the actuator for a moment. In case of malfunctions (e.g. part of system not working or operating error) the system can also be reactivated completely or partly by carrying out the procedure described above.
Pulling lever (A) back raises the loader. Pushing the lever forward until perceptible resistance is reached lowers the loader. If the lever is pushed forward beyond the resistance, it engages the float detent position.
Moving the lever to the left tips the loader bucket up. Moving the lever to the right tips the loader bucket down. If the lever is moved to the right beyond resistance and held there, the loader bucket dumps quickly ("quick dump")
If the lever is moved to the right beyond resistance twice in quick succession and held there, the loader bucket will shake.
