Change PowrQuad Plus Transmission Oil

1. Start engine and operate several hydraulic functions to heat oil.

2. Park tractor so it is level. Lower rear hitch and front-mounted implements (if equipped).

3. Stop the engine and remove key.

4. Remove drain screws (A).

5. Replace transmission/hydraulic oil filter elements (B). (See CHANGE POWRQUAD PLUS TRANSMISSION/HYDRAULIC OIL FILTER, in Service - 750 Hours section.)

6. Remove plug (C), pull out suction and clean screen.

7. Install suction screen, replace seals and tighten drain screws to specification.

Specification

Drain Screw -Torque 50 N·m 35 lb-ft

8. Add transmission/hydraulic oil to the transmission case, per specification.

Specification

Transmission Case -Capacity 52 L 13.7 gal

9. Run engine briefly and operate hydraulic functions. Shut off engine.

Wait at least 10 minutes before checking transmission oil level again.
