After the first 100 hours of service, it is extremely important to perform the following service operations in order to maximize machine longevity and reliability.
1. Change engine oil and filter. (See CHANGE ENGINE OIL and CHANGE ENGINE OIL FILTER, in Service - 250 Hours section.)
2. Replace transmission and hydraulic oil filters. (See CHANGE IVT TRANSMISSION/HYDRAULIC OIL FILTER, in Service - 500 Hours section and CHANGE POWRQUAD PLUS TRANSMISSION/HYDRAULIC OIL FILTER, in Service - 750 Hours section.)

3. Change MFWD axle oil. (See CHANGE MWFD AXLE HOUSING OIL, in Service - 1500 Hours section.)
4. Change MFWD wheel hub oil. (See CHANGE MFWD WHEEL HUB OIL, in Service - 1500 Hours section.)
5. Check air intake hoses and clamps. (See CHECK AIR INTAKE SYSTEM, in Service - 500 Hours section.)
