Installing QUIK-TATCH Frame Weights-If Equipped

NOTE: Up to thirty-two 45 kg (100 lb) QUIK-TATCH weights can be installed to each side of the tractor track frames.

Add and remove weights in a ergonomically friendly location for easier installation

IMPORTANT: Installation of frame weights increases overall width beyond 366 cm (12 ft). Extremity warning lights must be installed.

Adding 32 weights requires two weight supports for each side of the tractor. Each front and rear supports hold up to 16 weights each.

Tighten weight mounting bolts to 230 N·m (170 lb-ft).

When adding cast ballast, it should always be added to the furthest point front of the center of gravity first. This will help maintain contact throughout the length of the track when high draft loads are encountered.
