Checking Track Alignment

1. Make sure both inside and outside adjusting screws (B) are tight on each track frame. 2. Drive tractor in a straight line on a flat firm surface for about 400 m (1300 ft). NOTE: Make sure track is correctly aligned by checking temperature on both inner and outer guide lug surfaces approximately 25 mm (1 in.) |
(A) below belt carcass. If actual temperature is measured, the inner and outer guide lug surface measurements should be within 5°C. If the back of hand is used to check temperature, there should be no distinguishable difference.
