Changing Hydraulic Oil

SERVICE INTERVAL - 1500 HOURS

 

1. Remove plug (A) and drain the hydraulic oil reservoir.

2. Change hydraulic oil filter.

3. Fill reservoir with HY-GARD Hydraulic Oil between marks on sight gauge (B). Tractor should be on level ground.

High Flow Without Hitch ... 113.5 L (30 gal)
High Flow With Hitch ... 117 L (31 gal)
 

 

4. Operate engine at 1500 rpm for approximately 5 minutes to pump oil through the system.

5. Add oil to the reservoir keeping the level within the bottom of the sight gauge. Continue to add oil to the reservoir until the level stops changing at the bottom of the sight gauge.

6. Operate the engine at low idle for 5 minutes with the transmission in PARK position.

7. Add oil as required until sight gauge level remains between sight gauge marks.
