IMPORTANT:
Mating surfaces of sheave and shaft must be clean and free of oil or lubricant when installing driven sheave on shaft.
10.
For reassembly perform the following:
Install belt (A) in reverse order of disassembly on driven assembly and tighten cap screws (B) to specifications labeled on the driven sheave.

11.
Install and tighten fan hub-to-driven sheave cap screws to specification. Ensure belt is not pinched while tightening cap screws.

NOTE:
Belt will be loose on the drives until engine is started and run.
12.
Belt should appear loose in drive assembly.
IMPORTANT:
Internal bleed screw must be closed for proper tension to be applied to the belt once tractor is started.
13.
Check internal bleed screw to make sure it is closed and jam nut is tight.
