Checking Coolant Level

Engine stopped.
Check coolant level (A). Level should be at or slightly above lower mark with cold engine.
Add coolant to overflow tank if needed.
NOTE:
Do not add a supplemental coolant additive when the cooling system is drained and refilled with John Deere COOL-GARD
except
if the following situations:
When coolant is replaced or more than 4 gal (15 L) of coolant is added within first 1000 hours.
Whenever radiator is replaced with a new replacement radiator, coolant conditioner must be used for next 1000 hours of tractor use.
Do not exceed recommended concentration of coolant conditioner, use coolant test strips, TY16175 to test if necessary.
