Every 1000 Hours

  1. Change the following oils:
    • Pump drive gearbox
    • Chopper gear box
    • Basecutter gear box
  2. Lubricate the basecutter motor shaft and pinion gear with anti-corrosive white paste. NOTE: Some locations change the gearbox oil at 250 hours due to the harvesters working 24 hours per day. Please use your own discretion.
  3. Clean Battery connections.
