Adding Hydraulic Oil

  1. Park harvester on level surface.

  2. When oil is cold, oil level must be at 6 mm (0.25 in.) below of sight gauge top (A). Add oil when oil level is below that position.

  3. Remove protective cover and clean fitting (D) on rear of tank. Clean the quick connect on the hand pump hose, and attach it to the fitting on tank.

  4. Remove the vent cap (C) on side of the hydraulic tank.

  5. Pump the oil into the tank until it reaches the correct level as mentioned before.

  6. Replace vent cap (C).

  7. Remove the quick connect and replace protective cover over fitting (D).
