Remove hydraulic tank vent cap (A) to allow venting.

Remove drain cap (B) located at the bottom rear of hydraulic
tank.
NOTE: Allow oil to drain into a container. Dispose of oil according
to employer and government guidelines.

While oil is draining into a container, replace the hydraulic
filters. See "Changing Hydraulic Filters" in this section.
NOTE: Be sure to replace tank cover with seal to maintain cleanliness
of the system. Tighten bolts to 35 N˙m (25 Lb-Ft).

After oil has finished draining, remove access cover (C) and
clean tank inner surface.

Clean and replace cover O-ring and install access cover. Torque
bolts to 35 N˙m (25 Lb-Ft).

Install vent and drain plugs.

Fill hydraulic tank. See "Adding Hydraulic Oil" in this section.

Prime hydraulic system by cranking engine ten seconds. If engine
starts before the ten seconds, turn off ignition switch to stop engine
and crank engine again.

Start engine and run for 5 minutes. Shut off engine.

Check for leaks. Check sight gauges for oil level. Add additional
oil if necessary.
