C - Fan
D - Gas High Pressure Switch
E - Compressor
F - High Pressure Indicator
G - Condenser
H - Recirculation Filter
I - Fresh Air Filter
CAUTION: Prevent possible injury from flying debris if compressed
air is more than 2.1 bar—210 kPa (30 PSI). Reduce compressed
air to less than 2.1 bar— 210 kPa (30 PSI) when using for cleaning
purposes. Clear area of bystanders, guard against flying debris, and
wear personal protection equipment including eye protection.
-
Use appropriate R134A refrigerant recovery, recycling, and charging
machines. Do Not vent refrigerant into
atmosphere.
-
Check tension of compressor belt.
-
Check compressor (E) clutch engagement.
-
Check evaporator heater core (B) for plugging.
-
Check fans (C) for proper operation.
-
Check condenser core (G) to see that it is not plugged with
dirt or trash. Clean with compressed air less than 2.1 bar—210

Clean recirculation and fresh air filters. The recirculation
filter (H) is located in the cab behind the training seat. The fresh
air filter (I) is located outside of the cab next to the door. Use
compressed air to reverse blow the filters. If either filter is worn,
replace it.
-
Run air conditioning system for several minutes.
-
Check the sight glass located on receiver/ dryer (A) near radiator.
Bubbles must not be present in sight glass. If bubbles are present,
see your dealer for information on repairing and charging the air
conditioning system.
-
Check high-pressure indicator in cab. If on, condenser may
be plugged or system may be overcharged.
