Every 25 hours

Wipe grease fittings clean before lubricating. If grease fitting is missing, replace immediately.

1. Lubricate the following with grease:
   • Topper Assembly — 6 Fittings
   • Crop Dividers — 10 Fittings (18 opt)
   • Front Lift Cylinders: Track — 6 Fittings
   • Height Indicator Assembly: Wheels — 2 Fittings
   • Elevator Swing Table — 9 Fittings
   • Primary Extractor Fan— 5 Fittings
   • Secondary Extractor Fan — 3 Fittings
   • Feed Roller Cradle Pins — 10 Fittings
   • Elevator Cable Support Sheave — 2 Fittings
   • Crop Divider Tilting Cylinder Pins — 4 Fittings
   • Height Indicator Rocker Arm Assembly — 2 Fittings
   • Adjustable knockdown roller— 2Fittings
2. Clean out the following with compressed air:

   IMPORTANT: In dusty conditions, check daily.

   • Cab Air Filter
   • Cab Pre-Cleaner
   • Engine Compartment
   • Radiator
   • Oil Cooler
   • Charge Air Cooler
   • AC Condenser
   • AC Recirculation Filter
   NOTE: When using compressed air to clean out components, blow air opposite the normal direction of airflow. Blowing air in the direction of normal airflow can force debris further into a component, clogging it more.
   
3. Check the oil levels in the following components:
   • Basecutter gear box
   • Chopper gear box NOTE: Fill to top of site glass.
     
4. Clean harvester of excess mud and leaf trash, especially feed rollers.
