Cab Tilt Procedure

Raising the cab

1.

   Park machine on level surface.

2. Position machine on safety stops.

3. Position topper boom on safety stop.

4. Lower the crop divider completely.

5. Turn the engine OFF.

6. Remove all loose objects from cab.

7. Securely latch window and door.

8. Remove pin (A) from rear part of cab.

   Open Left-hand (Driver's Side) engine compartment door. Locate pump handle (D) inside of left-hand door. Insert pump handle into pump (B).

10. Turn tilt control lever (C) to position (E). Stroke pump handle to tilt the cab. Be sure to completely tilt the cab until the cab tilt lock (A) falls into place.

    CAUTION: Do not leave the cab partially tilted.

    Remove the Pin (B) from hole (C) and install it into the upper hole as shown.

12. Install pin R (D) inside the lock pin.

Lowering the Cab

1. Ensure area beneath cab is clear of personnel and equipment.

   Push the tilt control lever (C) to position (F).

3. Insert pump handle into pump (B).

   Remove pin R (D) from lock pin (B) and extract it from upper hole and install it back to the hole (C).

5. Install pin R (D) to the lock pin.

   Pull cab tilt lock release cord (D) and use the pump until cab is completely seated.

   Reinstall pin (A) to rear part of cab.
