Carry out service procedure described below every 500 hours,
when the fuel tank is almost empty.

Drain water and sediments by first closing the fuel supply shut
off valve (A). Remove the filler cap and then open the drain plug
(B).

Lift and turn the Cap Lock (C), and remove Cap.

Remove the fill strainer (D).

Clean the inside of the fuel tank by rinsing with clean diesel
fuel.

Dispose of waste according to employer and government guidelines.

When tank is empty, remove the fuel line shut-off valve (E)
and the suction strainer (F).

Clean suction and fill strainers (D & F) with solvent.

Install strainers (D & F), shut-off valve (E), and plug
(A).
NOTE: DO NOT use liquid Teflon on the threads of the fittings
screwing into the plastic fuel tank. Use Loctite 30558 or Permatex
#2. Hand tighten the fittings and turn it two full turns (720°)
with a wrench.
NOTE: Use a back up wrench on strainer (F) when tighten fitting
(E) to prevent overtightening of strainer (F).

Fill fuel tank with recommended fuel. Keep fuel tank full to
reduce the buildup of condensation.

Bleed the fuel system. (See "Bleeding the Fuel System").
