Remove shaft nut and cotter key from motor shaft.

Remove any tape that may be holding the key in place (Be careful
not to lose key).

Clean shaft and apply one "dab" of grease to keyway.

Reinstall key to keyway.
NOTE: Washers may be needed to adjust the height of the nut
where the motor shaft pin hole is at least half the height of the
nut (as shown in drawing).

Line up keyways on shaft and hub, then install hub on shaft
(larger opening hub). Press hub firmly to ensure that it has topped
out on shaft shoulder.

Install and tighten motor shaft nut to 542 N˙m (400 ft-lbs).

Do not back off nut to install cotter pin. Tighten if needed,
then install cotter pin.
