Adjusting Oversize Bale Switch (570 and 580 with Manual Twine Control Switch Only)

Raise gate fully (tension arm raised fully) and lock gate.

Manually push sliding link (A) forward until switch roller is centered over washers (B).

Loosen screws (C) and adjust switch to obtain a 3 mm (0.118 in.) gap (D) between switch arm and body. Tighten screws (C).

NOTE: With the switch in that position, the Manual Twine Control Switch buzzer should be heard. If not, repeat procedure and decrease gap (D).
