Routing Net Through Feed Rolls
Lift net roll from loading brackets (A) onto support brackets (B). Rotate loading brackets (A) inward.
Roll up 60 cm (24 in.) of material then gather the loose end of net roll together and pull from the top of roll and over center of steel roll (C).
Wrap material around steel roll (C). Feed material up between steel roll (C) and rubber feed roll by rotating feed rolls.
NOTE:
Pull loose end rearward to remove slack.
Fold net roll material back on itself to form a loop. Thread loop of net between feed rolls (D). Rotate feed rolls slightly to feed material between rolls.
IMPORTANT:
Do not thread more than 25 mm (1 in.) of loop between the two rolls or it may cause material to wrap around the rolls.
NOTE:
Cut off loose end of net roll.
Pull down lever (E) and lock it with latch (F). Make sure brake pad (G) contacts belt pulley.
Close net wrapping cover.
