Checking Lower Net Guide Panel

Check lower net guide function each time belt tracking adjustment has been performed or lower net guide has been removed. Proceed as follows:

Close the gate.

Check that lower net guide panel (A) is all along its width in contact with baler belts (B) at the level of lower rear gate roll NR 8.

NOTE: Keep lower net guide panel (A) as clean as possible and smooth.

Adjust lower net guide panel bracket (C) position so that leaf spring (D) is twisted enough to obtain best contact of lower net guide panel (A).

NOTE: Make sure that leaf spring (D) is not squeezed by its two fixing screws. Check that leaf spring pushes back the net guide in contact with the belts after having pulled it down.
