BaleMaster Electrical Requirements
The power supply must be 12 Volt, with fully charged battery. A minimum of 20 A is required during electrical cylinder retract cycle. Make sure connection is made through the convenience outlet furnished with the monitor (see "Connecting BaleMaster Control Monitor To Tractor" in this Section).
NOTE:
The BaleMaster controller located on the machine is protected by a 30 A fuse (A). A spare fuse is available inside the controller box. Refer to "Replacing Controller Fuse" in "Service" Section to replace the fuse.
IMPORTANT:
Over voltage should not be higher than 16 V.
Under voltage should not be below 7 V as under this value the BaleMaster control will not work any more. This can occur when battery is flat or if battery connections are not good. Always check battery voltage and connections by actuating the actuators before operating the baler.
NOTE:
Due to the high level of ripple current (over voltage), do not perform any BaleMaster test with the battery connected to a battery charger.
