Adjusting Lower Drive Roll Sensor
CAUTION:
DO NOT TAKE CHANCES! Never use any type of tool or spanner on shaft while tractor engine is running. Shut off tractor engine, remove key and wait for moving parts to come to a standstill. Always remove tool from shaft as soon as you have finished using it.
Position a spanner on gear case output shaft and rotate baler by hand so that the magnet (A) is just aligned with sensor (B).
Distance (C) should be 3 to 4 mm (0.118 to 0.157 in.). If not, loosen lock nuts (D) then slide sensor (B) until specified distance (C) is achieved.
Slightly tighten lock nuts (D) and rotate the baler several times to check that there is no interference between sensor and magnet.
