IMPORTANT: Prior to carry out this test, make sure that test 1 to 6 results are "OK". Proceed to the relevant tests described in this Section.

IMPORTANT: After each drive belt replacement, it is essential to check that the new belt has a length which allows a good net wrapping drive timing.

Proceed as follows:

Fully extend actuator (A).

Adjust distance (B) between swinging bar (C) and the cut in side wall to 10 mm (0.4 in) by using adjusting nut (D).

Run the belt drive for 15 seconds at full speed.

Fully extend and retract actuator (A) several time.

Completely extend actuator.

Readjust distance (B) to 5 mm (0.20 in.).

IMPORTANT: With actuator in extended position, operator should not be able to turn the net feed rolls.

Proceed to test 8.
