Upper Roll Drive Kit

The balers currently have two drive rolls to operate the belts.

Difficult conditions with very wet crop might cause belt slippage onto drive rolls. Therefore, an additional drive can be applied to the upper roll providing three drive rolls for the belts to prevent any risk of belt slippage.

NOTE: A declutchable version is available for the 590 baler. This version is required to unload the bale with the PTO still engaged.

The upper roll drive kit for 580 baler does not require to declutch the PTO while unloading the bale.
