Settings for Various Crop Conditions

The following chart shows initial settings to be used for certain crop conditions. As crop conditions vary, the initial settings may require adjustments in order to optimize cutting performance.

To prepare the machine for the initial settings described in the chart below, refer to the following procedures found in this section:

cIf side gauge shoes are positioned in holes 4 or 5, upfloat can be increased by positioning carrier frame lift cylinders (See Adjusting Carrier Frame Height in this section).
