Replacing Rotor Tines

IMPORTANT: Do not operate machine if tines are missing. Rotor will be out of balance causing vibration and machine damage.

NOTE: There are 72 tines used on Mower-Conditioner.

1. Remove cotter pins (A).

2. Remove pin (B) and washers. Check pin for damage. Replace if necessary

3. Install new tine (C) with bushing. Fasten with washers and pin (B). Install new cotter pins to avoid the risk of loss.
