The following checks, adjustments and service jobs were performed prior to delivery of the machine:
1.
[ ] All grease fittings and lubrication points lubricated.
2.
[ ] All bolts and nuts have been tightened to the specified torque.
3.
[ ] Tire inflation checked and adjusted.
4.
[ ] Tractor wheel tread properly adjusted.
5.
[ ] Loader is properly installed on the tractor.
6.
[ ] Hydraulic lines are correctly laid out.
7.
[ ] Test run of the machine has been carried out and is OK.

8.
[ ] Hydraulic hoses and connections are free from leaks.
9.
[ ] Transmission and hydraulic system oil level are OK.
10.
[ ] Paint and decals are smooth and neat.
11.
[ ] The operator is familiar with the safety precaution to be taken with the loader.
12.
[ ] Operator's manual has been given to the customer.
