Operating the Loader with Armrest-Integrated Multi-Function Lever

Operate loader from operator's seat only. Remain at controls until operating cycle is complete.

NOTE: Interlock switch actuator (A) prevents accidental actuation of the multi-function lever. The lever can be operated only when the actuator (A) is open (the operator's hand must hold it open).

See your tractor operator's manual for more information.

Perform loader functions as follows:

Lever Position Loader Operation
1 Rearward... RAISE
2 Forward... LOWER
3 Full Forward... FLOAT
4 Left-hand side... ROLL BACK
5 Right-hand side... DUMP

 

IMPORTANT: On loaders with Hydraulic Self-Levelling, never lower the loader by using floating position.

Automatic shaking

Automatic shaking helps to dump sticky material quickly from the bucket and can be used for optimum land scraping. To activate automatic shaking, give one impulse to the right then quickly move again the lever to the right and hold it in position. Automatic shaking can be activated at all front end implement positions.

NOTE: If loader does not respond as expected to control lever movement:

  • Check for correct hose connections. See "Identifying Hose Connections" in "Service" Section.

  • Check tractor hydraulic oil level. See your tractor operator's manual.

NOTE: Oil flow limitations may not allow you to do two loader operations at one time such as RAISE and ROLL BACK. The operation that requires the least hydraulic force will move first.
