Raising and Lowering the Loader
CAUTION:
Help prevent bodily injury or death from electrical contact. Beware of lift clearance when raising loader to maximum height. Beware of low electrical wires when loader is raised. Do not leave the operator's seat if any part of tractor or loader contacts cables.
To help prevent material from spilling over back of bucket while raising:
· Raise load slowly, levelling the bucket as required (take extra care with Non-Self-Levelling loaders).
· Stop loader gradually when lifting loads.
IMPORTANT:
Stop loader gradually when lowering heavy loads. Never drop a loaded implement and "catch" hydraulically. Stopping a load after it has gained downward momentum may cause damage to the tractor or loader.
To lower a heavy load, move the control lever slowly forward.
