Adjusting Loader Height Sensor
NOTE:
In order to prevent any misuse of the system, hydraulic implement unlatching can be activated only when the loader height is lower than distance (F).
1.
To adjust the distance between sensor (A) and plate (D), proceed as follows:
a.
Detach implement.
b.
Engage parking brake and/or place transmission in "PARK", lower loader to ground, shut off tractor engine, relieve hydraulic pressure and remove key.
c.
Loosen nuts (B) and slide sensor (A) to obtain a distance (C) between sensor (A) and plate (D) of 5±3 mm (0.2±0.11 in.).
d.
Slightly tighten nuts (B).
2.
To adjust height sensor, proceed as follows:
a.
Loosen nuts (E) and fully raise the plate (D).
b.
Tighten nuts (E).
c.
Raise loader just above distance (F) and place safety stands under the pins. The safety stands must be 0.8 m (31 in.) high. Lower loader on stands without taking any weight off the front wheels of the tractor. Engage parking brake and/or place transmission in "PARK", shut off tractor engine, relieve hydraulic pressure and remove key. Ensure that weight of loader is fully supported by safety stands.
d.
Loosen nuts (E) and lower plate (D).
e.
Raise plate (D) until the light of sensor comes on.
f.
Tighten nuts (E).
