Adjusting Upper Drive Roll Chain (582 Only)

Remove one link from chain (A) if there is no separation between spring coils (B).

To remove chain link:

Loosen nut (C) on eyebolt to release chain tension.

Remove link from chain.

Tighten nut (C).

Check spring coils (B) for separation. Repeat procedure if necessary.
