Predelivery Inspection

The following checks, adjustments and service jobs were performed prior to delivery of the machine:

[ ] 1. All grease fittings lubricated.

[ ] 2. Gear case oil level checked and topped up (if necessary).

[ ] 3. Slip clutch setting checked.

[ ] 4. Grouper canvas tension checked.

[ ] 5. All bolts and nuts have been tightened to the correct torque.

[ ] 6. All parts delivered in the bundle have been installed on the mower-conditioner.

[ ] 7. All cotter pins have been spread (mainly on rotor).

[ ] 8. Hydraulic hoses and connections have been checked and are free of leaks.

[ ] 9. The powerline has been cut to the required dimensions and is working properly.

[ ]10. The machine is working properly.

[ ]11. Grouper canvas tracking checked.

[ ]12. Belt tracking checked.

[ ]13. Tire pressure has been checked and adjusted (if necessary).

[ ]14. Roll spacing has been adjusted (1465 mower-conditioner only).

[ ]15. Paint and decals are smooth and neat.

[ ]16. Operator's manual has been given to customer.

[ ]17. The operator is familiar with the safety precautions to be taken when using the machine.

[ ]18. The customer has been told that he must check the torque of disk nuts and knife bolts and change oil in cutterbar after the first 10 hours of operation.
