Adjusting Soft Core Switch

1. Close the gate.

2. Loosen switch mounting screws (A).

3. Position switch roller (B) on highest (numbered) portion of cam (C).

4. Adjust switch until specified clearance (D) is achieved:

Specification

Switch body to switch arm -Clearance 1 mm (0.04 in.)

5. Tighten screws (A).

NOTE: On baler equipped with ELC Monitor, the second cam (E) is the bale size cam.
