This electrical shut-off device must be used for lifting operations requiring the presence of a person near the load when the front loader is in the raised position.

This electrical shut-off device must not be used for servicing hydraulic components.

CAUTION: Before working under or near a raised loader, always check that the electrical shut-off device is in locked position and the loader cannot be lowered by using the multi-function/SCV lever.

NOTE: When electrical shut-off device is in locked position, it is possible to raise the loader, but it is impossible to lower loader.

Without pressure, load holding valves are in locked position. Hydraulic pressure in bucket circuit unlocks load holding valves.

This electrical shut-off device includes electrically controlled valves (A) on lift cylinders and load holding valves (F) on dump cylinders.

Putting electrical shut-off device into locked position:

NOTE: When tractor engine is shut off or when tractor engine is started, electrical shut-off valves and load holding valves are automatically in locked position.

To put electrical shut-off device into locked position, proceed as follows:

  1. NOTE: Load holding valves are automatically in locked position.

Press button (C) or use switch (E) to secure the loader.

Light (D) appears when electrical shut-off valves are in locked position.

  2. Raise loader to the desired height.

  3. Check with multi-function or SCV lever that electrical shut-off device is in locked position.

Putting electrical shut-off device into unlocked position:

CAUTION: Before placing the electrical shut-off device into unlocked position, make sure that there is nobody near or under the loader.

To put electrical shut-off device into unlocked position, proceed as follows:

  1. Press button (B) or use switch (E).

NOTE: Light (D) is off when electrical shut-off valves are in unlocked position.
