Store Loader and Attachments

Loader may be stored attached or detached from tractor.

Store loader in a dry, protected place. If stored outside, cover with a waterproof material.

Retract all hydraulic cylinders, if possible. If not, apply grease to any exposed cylinder rods to prevent rusting.

CAUTION: Detached loader can fall and cause serious injury or death. Securely store loader with bucket attached to prevent falling. Keep playing children and bystanders away from storage area.

For detached loader:

  • Park and detach loader in dry and protected place. See in Attach and Detach Loader section.
  • Apply grease to any exposed cylinder rods to prevent rusting.
  • Store multicoupler on bracket located on right-hand lift cylinder.

CAUTION: To help prevent personal injury from exposed fork tines, always store bale fork with tines pointed down, or against bale, building or other stable object.
