Avoid Injury or Death from Rollover Accidents

CAUTION: To help prevent personal injury or death caused by rollover accidents when handling round bales:

  1. Equip the tractor with a rollover protective structure (ROPS). Wear your seat belt.

  2. DO NOT handle bales that exceed maximum attachment bales weight capacity. See Attachments section to obtain maximum bales weight capacity for each attachment.

  3. Be sure tractor tire spacing and rear ballast is correct before using loader.

  4. Stop loader gradually when lowering or lifting loads.

  5. When handling round bales on a slope, always approach the bale with the tractor facing uphill.
