Loader lift cylinder spacers are required for ground digging and when front axle big lateral tilt is required.

Loader lift cylinder spacers are only required for 643R mounted on compatible 4-cylinder tractors except 6534.

  1. Slightly extend boom cylinders.

  2. To ensure that the loader will not lower during operation:

    • Loader equipped with an implement: Raise loader to required height and place safety stands under implement. Lower implement on stands, relieve hydraulic pressure and ensure weight of loader is fully supported by safety stands.
    • Loader not equipped with an implement:

      Raise loader to required height and place safety stands under ”boom arms”. Lower loader on stands, relieve hydraulic pressure and ensure weight of loader is fully supported by safety stands.


  3. Engage park brake.

  4. Place transmission in PARK.

  5. Shut off engine and remove key.

  6. Lock out joystick. See Lock and Unlock Joystick in Controls section.

  7. Remove screws (B) and washer (D).

  8. Remove the two parts of loader lift cylinder spacers (A).

  9. Repeat this procedure on opposite side.
