Loader lift cylinder spacers are required for ground digging and when front axle big lateral tilt is required.

Loader lift cylinder spacers are only required for 643R on compatible 4-cylinder tractors except 6534.

  1. Extend boom cylinders to be able to place loader lift cylinder spacers (A) on cylinder rod.

  2. To ensure that the loader will not lower during operation:

    • Loader equipped with an implement: Raise loader to required height and place safety stands under implement. Lower implement on stands, relieve hydraulic pressure and ensure weight of loader is fully supported by safety stands.
    • Loader not equipped with an implement:

      Raise loader to required height and place safety stands under ”boom arms”. Lower loader on stands, relieve hydraulic pressure and ensure weight of loader is fully supported by safety stands.


  3. Engage park brake.

  4. Place transmission in PARK.

  5. Shut off engine and remove key.

  6. Lock out joystick. See Lock and Unlock Joystick in Controls section.

  7. Install both parts of loader lift cylinder spacers (A) as shown. Install loader spacers (A) with bore side (C) toward the cylinder head end.

  8. Install washer (D) and screws (B).

  9. Repeat this procedure on opposite side.
