Perform Lubrication and Maintenance

The recommended service intervals are based on normal/average conditions. Severe or unusual conditions may require more frequent lubrication.

Perform each lubrication and service illustrated in this section:

• After each time the machine is washed.
• When placing the machine in storage.
• Just before using the machine after it has been stored.

Clean lubrication fittings before using grease gun. Replace lost or broken fittings immediately. If a new fitting fails to take grease, remove and check for failure of adjoining parts.

Using tractor hour meter as a guide, perform services at the hourly intervals indicated on following pages.
