Allow only tractor operator to
attach loader.
Avoid damage to hoses by making sure that hoses do
not interfere with tractor when attaching loader.
Verify
that mounting frame hooks and mast pins are clear of debris.
Never apply grease on pin (A) nor anywhere on the mounting frame.
For tractors equipped with Triple-Link Suspension (TLS™)
front axle, select “Auto Mode” position. See your tractor Operator’s
Manual.
-
Center tractor between loader masts.
-
For loader equipped with individual couplers or load holding
valve or electrical safety device, go to step 5.
-
For loader not equipped with individual couplers or load holding
valve or electrical safety device, go to next step.
-
Drive forward making sure that upper hooks (B) are aligned with
pins (A) until automatic mast latches mechanisms latch.
When masts are in contact with mounting frames, turning
front wheels in one or the other direction may help latching.
-
Loader is NOT LATCHED if latch pin indicator (E)
or mast indicator label (C) are in any of the RED areas (A) or (B).
