To help prevent personal injury caused by a falling loader, always detach on a hard, level surface. Loader MUST be equipped with a bucket.

DO NOT allow bystanders nearby while detaching the loader.

Allow only the tractor operator to detach loader.

For tractors equipped with Triple-Link Suspension (TLS™) front axle, system must be placed in “Auto Mode” position. See your tractor’s Operator Manual.

Level bucket and lower to ground. Fully retract lift cylinders.

  2. Place front wheels in straight position, transmission in PARK and shut off engine.

  3. Relieve pressure in hydraulic system:

    A - Rocker Switch

    B - 3rd Function

    C - 4th Function

    1. Turn key to ON position. Do not start engine.

    3. If equipped with 3rd function:

      • 2 functions and diverter:

Continuously press button (B), move joystick to right and left.

      • 3 functions:

Press and release button (B), press rocker switch (A) several times.

    2. Lower parking stand to the ground. Verify adjusting device (D) locks into tooth racks (E) by trying to lift parking stands.

Avoid injury from shifting loader while detaching or while parked. Solid debris build up may prevent adjusting device from locking in position in tooth racks. Inspect the tooth racks and the adjusting device to make sure, they are free of debris accumulation, snow or ice. Remove any excessive build up.

When detaching the loader for the first time, it is necessary to adjust the upper stop (F):

      Loosen flanged nut (G).

Adjust so that there are two teeth between upper stop (F) and adjusting device (D).

      Tighten flanged nut (G).

    3. Each change of the bucket model requires readjustment of the upper stop.

    4. Repeat steps on opposite side.
