To help prevent personal injury caused by a falling loader,
always detach on a hard, level surface. Loader MUST be equipped with
a bucket.DO NOT allow bystanders nearby while detaching
the loader.
Allow only the tractor operator to detach loader.
For tractors equipped with Triple-Link Suspension (TLS™)
front axle, system must be placed in “Auto Mode” position. See your
tractor’s Operator Manual.
Level bucket and lower to ground. Fully retract lift cylinders.

Place front wheels in straight position, transmission in PARK and shut off engine.
-
Relieve pressure in hydraulic system:

A - Rocker Switch
B - 3rd Function

Turn key to ON position. Do not start
engine.

Move loader joystick in float position.

If equipped with 3rd function:
-
2 functions and diverter:
Continuously press button (B), move joystick to right and left.

3 functions:
Press and release button (B), press rocker switch (A) several
times.

Turn key to OFF position.

Support parking stand (C) and push latch (B) down to release
parking stand.

Lower parking stand to the ground. Verify adjusting device (D)
locks into tooth racks (E) by trying to lift parking stands.
Avoid injury from shifting loader while detaching or
while parked. Solid debris build up may prevent adjusting device from
locking in position in tooth racks. Inspect the tooth racks and the
adjusting device to make sure, they are free of debris accumulation,
snow or ice. Remove any excessive build up.
When detaching the loader for the first time, it is necessary
to adjust the upper stop (F):
Loosen flanged nut (G).
Adjust so that there are two teeth between upper stop (F) and
adjusting device (D).
Tighten flanged nut (G).

Each change of the bucket model requires readjustment
of the upper stop.

Repeat steps on opposite side.
-
If equipped with multicoupler, proceed
as follows. Otherwise go to next step.

before connecting multicoupler.
Before connecting multicoupler
make sure that fittings are free of dirt and debris.

Push red knob (A) and rotate handle (B) upwards to disconnect
multicoupler (C).

Disconnect electrical harnesses (if equipped).

Store multicoupler (C) on storage bracket (E).

Close protective cover (D) and rotate handle (B) down until
the lock engages.

If equipped with individual couplers, proceed as follows.

B - Individual Coupler, Female

Make sure shut-off valve (E) is in unlocked position
before connecting coupler.
Before connecting coupler make
sure that fittings are free of dirt and debris.

Disconnect electrical harnesses (if equipped).

Push and hold collar on female individual coupler (B).
-
Disconnect male individual coupler (A).
-
Release collar on female individual coupler (B).
-
Place cap (D) on hose end and plug (C) in coupler.
-
Repeat steps for all remaining hydraulic hose connections.
-
Place hoses on lift cylinder. Do not lay hoses on ground.

Unlatch loader:

A - Lever
B - Handle

Push safety lock lever (A) and fully rotate handle (B) downward
to release latch.

Rotate handle (B) upward to lock it in home position.
Repeat on opposite side.

Avoid damaging hoses. Make sure that hoses do not
interfere with tractor when backing away from loader.
Place transmission in REVERSE, and
move tractor away from loader.
