Chaff Spreader Drive (1450 and 1550)

To access to chaff spreader is required to remove the shield (A). See "Service - Drives and Shields".

The chaff spreader is driven from the rear left-hand straw walker shaft. Drive belt (B) is tensioned by means of two pulleys (C) which are under spring (D) tension.

· There is no adjustment.

· With insufficient belt tension, replace spring..

CAUTION: NEVER operate the combine without shields installed correctly!
