Opening The Large Side Shield

Pull the spring latch (C) down or turn lock.

The gas cylinders (D) will support the shield once shields are released from the spring latch. The shield will open enough to allow safe service on the combine side.

To close, lower the shield and fit it in spring latch (C) or turn lock.
