Final Drives

The combine has two final drive units, one at each end of the front axle.

Change oil every 1000 hours of operation.

IMPORTANT: Every 100 hours, check the oil level and play of the final drive flanged axle bearings. Clean the vent daily.

Capacity of Standard Final Drive - 1450 and 1450 CWS (each one):

· 3 L (0.79 U.S.gal)

Capacity of Heavy Duty Final Drive -1550 and 1550 CWS (each one):

· 4.8 L (1.26 U.S.gal)

IMPORTANT: Always use specified oil (see "Fuel, Lubricants, Coolant and Capacities" Section). Carefully clean area around filler neck before filling with fresh oil.
