Cylinder Drive Reduction Gear (Option) - Operation

With the reduction gear, cylinder speed can be reduced by approx. 50% (when harvesting maize)

Cylinder speeds range as follows:

Position I - Shifter collar (A) pushed in for speeds to 380 - 1100 r/min.

Position II - Shifter collar (A) pushed out for speeds to 150 - 420 r/min.
