Checking Header Levelling

Periodically check the header to ensure it is level. To check:

- Park the combine on a level, flat surface.

- Make sure the front tire pressure is correct (see "Tire Pressure" in "Wheels, Axles and Additional Weights" Section).

- Completely raise the header.

- Stand in front of the header and check the header-to-chassis alignment or measure the height at both ends (see the illustration).

Levelling the Header

NOTE: The adjustment is made on the right side. For illustration purpose, hydraulic reverser has been removed.

- Loosen the 4 bolts (A).

- Turn nuts (B) until the header is level.

- Tighten bolts (A) and nuts (B).
